Job Description:

  • Served as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
  • Resolved payroll-related issues using system tools, reports, policies, and procedures.
  • Created and managed ServiceNow tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assisted employees with ESS and MSS navigation, troubleshooting, and self-service support.
  • Completed payroll and timekeeping forms accurately and in a timely.
  • Collaborated with Payroll and HR teams to investigate and resolve employee concerns.
  • Provided customer service support in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Maintained compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and service standards.
