- Served as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
- Resolved payroll-related issues using system tools, reports, policies, and procedures.
- Created and managed ServiceNow tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assisted employees with ESS and MSS navigation, troubleshooting, and self-service support.
- Completed payroll and timekeeping forms accurately and in a timely.
- Collaborated with Payroll and HR teams to investigate and resolve employee concerns.
- Provided customer service support in a high-volume call center environment.
- Maintained compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and service standards.
