Position Overview

The Content Creator at our client is responsible for capturing, producing, and distributing engaging digital content that reflects the brand’s authentic, music-driven identity. This role blends videography, photography, editing, and storytelling to showcase live sessions, artists, behind-the-scenes moments, and community experiences.

This person will play a key role in turning raw, intimate music moments into compelling content that connects artists and audiences across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Content Creation & Production

  • Capture high-quality video and photo content during live music sessions, events, and productions
  • Shoot behind-the-scenes footage, artist interviews, and lifestyle content
  • Assist in lighting, audio, and camera setup for live and recorded sessions
  • Create short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms


Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit video content including live performances, recaps, reels, and promotional assets
  • Incorporate storytelling elements that highlight the authenticity and emotion of performances
  • Optimize content for different platforms (vertical video, thumbnails, captions, etc.)
  • Collaborate with audio and production teams to ensure high-quality final output


Social Media & Distribution

  • Work with the marketing team to publish and distribute content across channels
  • Help manage content calendars and posting schedules
  • Optimize content for engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content accordingly


Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate with artists, producers, and internal creative teams to develop content concepts
  • Contribute ideas for new series, formats, and storytelling approaches
  • Support branded/commercial content projects for partners and sponsors


Brand & Audience Alignment

  • Ensure all content reflects clients core identity: raw, authentic, and community-driven music experiences
  • Capture the “live, intimate session” feel that defines the brand
  • Help strengthen the connection between artists and fans through visual storytelling


Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in content creation, videography, or digital media
  • Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic audio gear
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Passion for music, live events, and storytelling


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in music, media, or live event production
  • Knowledge of lighting, audio recording, and multi-camera setups
  • Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills (After Effects is a plus)
