Title: Sheditor (Shooter/Editor – Social First Content)
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hybrid shooter/editor who thrives in execution. This role is built for someone who can take direction or light concepts and bring them to life through strong production and editing skills, with a deep understanding of social-first content.
This is a Senior Creator-adjacent role, with less emphasis on leading ideation and more focus on delivering high-quality, platform-native content.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute social-first content from shoot → edit → delivery
- Capture both lo-fi (UGC/iPhone) and high-production content depending on brand needs
- Edit engaging, high-retention videos optimized for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Apply platform best practices (hooks, pacing, captions, trends)
- Work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment
- Collaborate with creators, strategists, and creative leads to bring ideas to life
- Adapt content style based on brand, audience, and platform
Account-specific responsibilities may apply (e.g., styling food, on-camera direction, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong execution skills in both shooting and editing
- Experience creating native social content (not just repurposed work)
- Comfort across UGC-style + polished production
- Deep understanding of platform behavior (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
- Ability to move fast and deliver consistently
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and pacing
