Location: Remote (must be within 90 minutes of Richmond)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Training & Schedule:
- Attendance is critical — missing even one day is not permitted
- Work Hours (Post-Training): Scheduled between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- 8-hour shifts with a 30 or 45-minute lunch
- Schedule assigned based on business needs (not guaranteed preference)

In this role, you will serve as an empathetic front-line problem solver, supporting customers, financial professionals, and partners through inbound calls, email, and chat. Work Arrangement
This role is primarily remote with occasional in-office requirements, including:
- First day onsite
- 1–2 times per quarter (or as needed)
- Technical disruptions lasting more than one hour (e.g., internet outage)
- Business or team events
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, accurate, and timely support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with insurance claims initiation and inquiries
- Explain policy, claim, and account details clearly and effectively
- Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining professionalism
- Meet or exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced call center
- Handle 35–50 inbound interactions per day
- Cross-train across multiple product lines as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
