Superintendent - Data Center Construction
Across the United States, the demand for data centers and mission-critical infrastructure is accelerating at a pace our industry has rarely seen. For Superintendents who have built their careers delivering complex commercial, MEP-intensive, healthcare, life sciences, or other technically demanding projects, this growth presents a unique opportunity.
Many experienced field leaders already understand how to coordinate complicated systems, manage tight schedules, and lead strong subcontractor teams. Those same skills translate directly into the world of data center construction - one of the fastest-growing and most technically advanced sectors in construction today.
We are currently looking to connect with a Superintendent who takes pride in running a disciplined, organized jobsite and understands the responsibility that comes with leading complex work in the field. If you have built your reputation managing challenging commercial projects and are interested in applying that experience to mission-critical facilities, this could be your next step.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for data center construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and daily field activities
• Maintain schedule progress and support overall project execution
• Ensure jobsite safety standards are followed and maintained
• Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to keep the project aligned
• Maintain clear communication with trade partners and the project team
Qualifications
• Experience running projects as a Superintendent on complex construction projects
• Strong work history working with reputable General Contractors
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and technically complex buildings
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily field operations
• Clear communication and steady leadership on the jobsite
While our work spans projects across the United States, this role will support projects in and around the Austin region, including Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and surrounding communities. Travel is required based on project location.
Please send your resume to apply. You are also welcome to connect with one of our associates if you do not have an updated resume, or visit our website and complete the short form so we can schedule a time to discuss further.
