Senior Project Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center Construction (Traveling)

An established general contractor delivering hyperscale data centers across the United States is
expanding its mission critical construction team and is seeking an experienced Senior Project
Superintendent to lead large-scale data center projects.
With over $10 billion of active and upcoming data center construction, this is an opportunity to join a contractor at the forefront of the hyperscale infrastructure boom, delivering complex projects for some of the world’s largest technology companies.
The Opportunity
You will take overall responsibility for field operations on large hyperscale data center builds, ensuring safe, efficient delivery while managing subcontractors, schedules, and site teams.
You’ll play a key leadership role driving project performance, safety culture, and coordination across complex construction, mechanical and electrical scopes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate all field construction activities
• Manage subcontractors and site teams across large-scale builds
• Drive safety culture and enforce best-in-class safety practices
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule and budget
• Develop and manage project schedules and two-week look-ahead plans
• Coordinate subcontractor work and site logistics
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, designers, and subcontractors
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and project records
What We’re Looking For
• Extensive Project Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects
• Data center or mission critical construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor field teams
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
