Job SummaryThe Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on residential construction sites. This role ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily construction activities on site
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards
- Review plans and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs
- Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
- Identify and resolve field issues in real time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site
- Communicate progress and issues to the project manager
Qualifications- 3–5 years of residential construction experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and job sites
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
