Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting construction projects and coordinating multiple priorities?


Our client, a leader in providing commercial construction solutions for more than 35 years, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator & HR Administrator to support project execution and key HR administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project coordination and documentation management
  • Procore administration and project tracking
  • Purchase orders and change orders
  • Submittals and engineer-stamped drawings
  • Project closeout documentation
  • Coordination with contractors, manufacturers, and project stakeholders
  • Employee onboarding, HR administration, Benefits, Background Checks & other HR support


Qualifications

  • Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Construction Administrator, or similar experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, contractor, or project-based environments
  • Procore experience (highly preferred)
  • HR administration experience (is a plus)
