CONSTRUCTION LABORER- IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: 19-$23/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to assist with a variety of tasks on active construction sites. This role supports skilled trades, maintains jobsite organization, and ensures work is completed safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are hands-on, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and impact drivers safely and effectively
• Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other layout tools
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Support skilled trade workers (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment (training available for entry‑level candidates)
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools accurately
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
