Manufacturing Facility | Immediate Openings

We’re looking for motivated, hardworking Equipment Movers to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help move, uncrate, and position industrial machinery used in battery manufacturing. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a large-scale operation, this could be a great fit.

• Load and unload equipment from trailers and shipping containers
• Uncrate, crate, unpack, and pack machinery using hand tools and material-handling equipment
• Move and roughly position equipment on the production floor
• Operate tools such as manual skates, dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Follow instructions carefully to ensure safe and accurate placement of machinery

• Experience in physically demanding or labor-intensive work
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to obtain an OSHA 10 certification
• Ability to walk 10+ miles per day and frequently bend, crawl, and move throughout shifts

• Forklift, Gradall, or lift operation experience
• 1+ year of construction, industrial, or general labor experience

• Located at a Panasonic manufacturing facility
• Indoor and outdoor work across a 2 million square foot site
• Hot, non–climate-controlled environment
• Fast-paced, industrial setting where teamwork is key

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Soto, KS.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
