Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support preconstruction efforts on commercial projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, and supporting projects from concept through award.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids
• Analyze plans to identify scope gaps and risks
• Develop budgets and value engineering options
• Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams
• Maintain cost data and assist with conceptual estimating

Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and trades
• Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software (Sage, OST, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Project Types: Ground-up and interior commercial projects ($2M–$40M+)
