Job Title: Commercial Concrete Estimator/Project manager

Location: Greater Atlanta

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000

Company Overview:

Tiello has partnered with a rapidly growing, Concrete Subcontractor in the Atlanta, GA area on their search for an Estimator to focus on identitfying and estimating work in the commercial concrete space.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring a background in commercial concrete with a focus on estimating. This individual will lead the bidding process, develop accurate cost estimates, and remain involved through project execution. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with company leadership and contribute to the growth and direction of a rapidly expanding contractor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimating process including takeoffs, pricing, and bid submissions
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
• Collaborate with leadership on bid strategy and project pursuits
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with project management responsibilities including scheduling, coordination, and execution support
• Ensure projects are aligned with budgets, timelines, and client expectations
• Support the development and improvement of internal processes in a growing company environment

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
• 2+ years of experience in concrete estimating
• Experience with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff) preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
