Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead and manage commercial construction projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring safety compliance and quality standards are met while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and scope.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays.
• Oversee budget management, cost tracking, and expense monitoring.
• Ensure quality control and conduct inspections to meet industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Assist the estimating team with bids for new projects.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction and project management.
• Experience in drywall or concrete construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in concrete construction project management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in estimating for construction projects.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, involving collaboration with various professionals in the construction industry. You will be using project management software and tools to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. The role requires wearing appropriate construction site attire when visiting project sites.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, KY.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Cell phone reimbursement ( $26.25/paycheck pay twice a month),Unlimited PTO – Salaried employees do not have a limit on the PTO they use in a year. There are a few stipulations like need to request it 2 weeks prior, can’t take more than 2 weeks at a time, must be approved by super, etc.Health Insurance – after 90 days employees are eligible for medical, vision and dental insurance. We have two plans – core and buy-up. Buy up is basically a little higher a month but better coverage. The company contributes $565.00 per month total toward insurance. This covers all but about $65/month for the employee core coverage for medical only. The vision is an additional $7.42/month for employee only and dental is another $20./month employee coverage only. We do offer coverage for spouse and children, but the company does not contribute to the cost of that coverage.-Life and Disability Insurance $25,000 for life insurance. We offer both short-term disability and long-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee either.Retirement-offer a simple IRA and will match up to 3%Vehicle Allowance- we do offer this and may for a more senior level estimator. Likely the estimator position requiring less experience would just get mileage reimbursement.

This is a fully onsite position in Lexington,KY.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 20, 2026.
