The Senior Concierge Specialist plays a pivotal role in cultivating prospective client relationships and ensuring a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience. Building upon the foundational responsibilities of a Concierge Specialist, this senior level position emphasizes deeper client engagement, enhanced financial plan preparation, and more strategic collaboration with advisors.

The Senior Concierge Specialist serves as a trusted first point of contact, setting the tone for long-term client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.


Primary Duties:

  • Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
  • Present the firm's philosophy, investment approach, and product offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of working with our advisory team.
  • Gather preliminary client data and information to build a baseline financial plan, including key financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Introduce prospective clients to their assigned advisory team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate client meetings and appointments with the advisory team, ensuring timely follow-up and communication to address client needs and inquiries.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to the advisory team, including preparing client materials, conducting research, and coordinating client communications as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, inquiries, and preferences in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support client relationship management efforts.


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field; preparation or classwork towards attainment of CFP® certification preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in client services, sales, or customer-facing roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts and the ability to translate them into accessible client discussions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and client engagement tools.
