Computer Numerical Control Machinist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Chester, PA, for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist. The CNC Machinist will operate and maintain CNC machines, perform precision machining, and ensure the production of high-quality parts through adherence to design specifications. Responsibilities include equipment setup, troubleshooting, monitoring machinery during operation, and conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaboration and communication with team members to meet production deadlines will also be essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lathes Machine Operation and Machining
• Experience with Milling and Machinery processes
• Competence in performing Quality Control to ensure precision and adherence to specifications
• Attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to CNC machinery and manufacturing
• Previous experience or certification in CNC machining, or a related field, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or trade certification preferred
