Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machinist based in Americus, GA. The CNC Machinist will operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, ensuring the accuracy of machined components, performing regular machine inspections, and adhering to safety and quality control protocols. The role requires close collaboration with team members to meet production deadlines while consistently maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Pay range is 20$-35$ dollars an hour based on experience and CNC capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC experience
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
• Experience with Milling and working on CNC machinery
• Strong understanding of Quality Control and ability to ensure adherence to specifications
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining Machinery
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical blueprints and schematics
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in machining are advantageous
• Previous experience in CNC or other precision machining roles is preferred
