Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Financial Compliance & Risk Management, the Compliance Administrative Assistant primary role is to support the organization’s financial compliance and Purchase Card Program Administration. This role is responsible for preparing, tracking, and maintaining a variety of financial and regulatory compliance submissions. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions. This role also acts as main purchase card administrator. The Compliance Administrative Assistant coordinates with Finance and other departments as needed and provides administrative support to the Senior Director of Financial Compliance and the Compliance team. The role is expected to consistently demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to high-quality internal customer service.

This position is remote; candidates must reside in a state in which HumanGood operates to be considered (CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV)
Compensation: $21-26/hr depending on experience
