Are you someone who enjoys building structure within compensation programs and taking ownership of projects that move an organization forward? We are partnered with a well-established industrial organization in Tinley Park seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation initiatives. This role will play an important part in strengthening compensation practices, ensuring consistency, and partnering with senior HR leadership to execute key programs.

This is a hybrid role with onsite requirements 3-4 days per week.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading compensation-related initiatives including job architecture, job descriptions, and pay structure alignment
  • Partnering closely with HR leadership to advance compensation programs and priorities
  • Supporting the administration of annual compensation planning and related processes
  • Leading an HR Analyst

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Experience supporting or managing salary structures, job architecture, and compensation governance
  • Ability to operate independently and drive projects to completion
  • Strong communication skills across leadership and employee populations
  • The desire to step into a leadership role
