Insight Global is looking for a Compensation Analyst for a client in Scottsdale, AZ.

Compensation Analyst

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258 - onsite 3 days/week

Duration: Permanent

Salary Range: $100K-$120K

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in compensation
• 1+ year of experience with Workday
• Experience working directly with people managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comparing internal job data vs. market data, building tables, percentile calculations, VLOOKUPs, calculating merit increases, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Plusses:

• Previous healthcare experience
• Multi-state experience (California experience would be preferrable)

This role partners closely with managers and HR stakeholders to evaluate roles, support compensation program intake, and ensure competitive, consistent, and compliant pay practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable interfacing with business leaders while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
