Commission-Based Sales Representative
  • Prospect, contact, and qualify restaurant, food truck, and food stand operators in your territory.
  • Present Sazón’s value proposition through outreach, demos, and follow-up conversations.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using a CRM and consistent sales activity.
  • Close new business on a commission basis while maintaining accurate deal notes and reporting.
  • Represent Sazón professionally in your market and develop long-term relationships with local food service operators.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, restaurant tech, or local business outreach.
  • Strong communication, self-motivation, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfort working independently in a commission-only environment.
  • Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
