🔍 About the Role
In this position, you’ll support attorneys and paralegals on complex commercial litigation matters, providing essential administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of a case. Responsibilities include:
• Drafting, formatting, and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Coordinating multi‑document e‑filings in state, circuit, and federal courts
• Managing electronic and paper case files with precision using legal DMS systems
• Communicating professionally with clients, counsel, and court personnel
• Supporting attorneys from case inception through trial preparation and post‑trial activity
• Creating trial notebooks, organizing exhibits, maintaining calendars, and coordinating witnesses
• Handling billing support, time entry, expense tracking, scheduling, and correspondence
