Commercial Litigation Attorney

A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Uniondale, New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle complex business disputes and work closely with a dynamic team in a collaborative, client-focused, and growth-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation, including handling cases in state and federal courts
• Experience representing businesses and individuals in contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, business torts, and related matters
• Ability to manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications of the successful candidate.
