Key Responsibilities
Manage and support all phases of commercial litigation matters
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients and contribute to case strategy
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in commercial or complex litigation
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Ability to handle multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
