A Cleveland-based litigation group is adding a mid-level associate to its team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take real responsibility for cases, work directly with clients, and get meaningful trial and arbitration exposure.
� About the Role
- Take full responsibility for developing and executing litigation strategy
- Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Work directly with clients on active matters
- Participate actively in trials and arbitrations
🎓 Qualifications
- 4–7 years of commercial litigation, business disputes, white-collar, or employment law experience
- Strong writing, discovery, and motion practice skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Financial services litigation experience is a plus (not required)
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000–$170,000 DOE, flexible for highly qualified candidates
- 1700 billable hour target
