Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity - AM LAW 200 Law Firm - Orlando, FL

Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 Depending on experience

Requirements

• MUST HAVE - Previous experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney
• MUST have active FL license
• Experience with creditors' rights
• Experience with loan workouts, foreclosures and bankruptcy a plus!
• Provide strategic tax guidance
• Develop comprehensive plans
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
