Position Overview:

A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex commercial disputes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle a variety of disputes, including contract and business litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery demands, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams on case development

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial litigation
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $185,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
