We are representing a premier construction litigation boutique in Irvine that serves as a powerhouse for the building industry. This firm is specifically known for representing General Contractors on massive, high-profile infrastructure projects, ranging from $10M to $100M, including bridges, highways, and large-scale buildings.

This is an opportunity to move into a sophisticated practice where you aren't just a number. You will manage a concentrated, high-value caseload of 20 to 30 total cases, with 1 to 2 large-scale anchor projects, allowing for deep technical mastery and impactful advocacy.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Construction Litigation (handling breach of contracts, schedule disputes, and claims/damage analysis).
  • They are also open to Senior Attorneys with a higher compensation ceiling based on experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex project documentation.
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.


Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


Additional Financial Incentives:

  • Production Bonus: $100 per hour for every hour billed over 1,800.
  • Year-End Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus ranging from $10,000 to $30,000.
  • Origination: 10% commission on brought-in business, plus additional bonuses based on hours billed.
