Who They’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of strong commercial litigation experience representing businesses, corporations, and closely held busineses, including discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial experience.
- Someone would can work independently and manage matters.
- Excellent written & oral advocacy skills. Strong courtroom presence is a plus.
- JD & active license in MA (additional state bars is a plus).
