Commercial Litigation Attorney

Position: Commercial Litigation Attorney

Hirsch & Westheimer, P.C. seeks to immediately hire a Commercial Litigation Attorney.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the State of Texas
• Must have at least 2-5 years of experience
• Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts. Banking and/or bankruptcy experience with emphasis on the creditor side is a plus, but is not required.
