We’re looking for a Litigation Associate (4–10 years) with experience in complex commercial litigation to join our clients Oakland office. (Only 1600 Billables)
What You’ll Do
Work on high-stakes, complex, and groundbreaking litigation matters
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs on class certification
Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and collaborate with expert witnesses
Partner closely with senior attorneys and gain valuable courtroom and trial experience
What We’re Looking For
4–10 years of litigation experience, including commercial, real estate, and business lit matters
