Commercial Litigation Attorney (Remote — Los Angeles, CA)
Location: Los Angeles, California (Remote)
Compensation: $130,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus
Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

About the Role: Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, is seeking
Commercial Litigation Attorneys to join its Los Angeles-based team in a fully remote capacity. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who enjoy handling sophisticated litigation matters, working directly with clients, and collaborating across a national platform. Attorneys will manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes while benefiting from a flexible work environment, strong internal resources, and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex litigation matters
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
- Experience in commercial litigation preferred; all experience levels encouraged to apply
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Trial experience preferred but not required
