Location: Reno or Las Vegas, NV (remote flexibility with occasional in-office / court appearances)
Compensation: $100,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus
Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

Transportation Litigation Defense Attorneys in NV to focus exclusively on transportation-related defense matters. This includes commercial vehicle liability, accident claims, regulatory disputes, and other transportation litigation. The role offers remote work flexibility with occasional office appearances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transportation defense litigation from discovery to trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other defense-focused legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and factual analysis to support defense strategy.
- Collaborate with senior defense attorneys and internal teams on transportation matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings related to transportation defense.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Nevada Bar license required.
- Litigation experience preferred, particularly in transportation, commercial liability, or general liability defense.
- Strong analytical, research, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple transportation defense matters independently while collaborating with a team.
