Commercial Litigation Associate – Philadelphia

Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Active bar license in Pennsylvania required, or ability to waive in
• 4–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or through a clerkship
• Experience in complex litigation, including case management, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, and oral advocacy in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels
• Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail required
• Strong academic credentials required
