Job Summary:
We are seeking a Collections Specialist with strong call center experience to manage delinquent accounts and drive repayment through effective communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve outstanding accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and provide suitable solutions to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center environment (mandatory)
- Resume must clearly mention average daily inbound and outbound call volume (minimum ~50 calls/day preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
Preferred:
- Experience in collections or financial services
