Job Summary:

We are seeking a Collections Specialist with strong call center experience to manage delinquent accounts and drive repayment through effective communication and negotiation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve outstanding accounts
  • Negotiate payment plans and provide suitable solutions to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a call center environment (mandatory)
  • Resume must clearly mention average daily inbound and outbound call volume (minimum ~50 calls/day preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally


Preferred:

  • Experience in collections or financial services
