Collections Specialist

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join a well-established team. This is a business-to-business (B2B) collections role—not consumer collections—within a company known for strong employee retention and a supportive, professional culture.

What You’ll Do

• Manage B2B collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Apply basic accounting principles (debits & credits)
• Maintain accurate records in an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
• Communicate professionally with business clients

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of collections or AR experience preferred
• Experience with account reconciliation
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• ERP experience (Oracle a plus)
• Excel exposure helpful
• Strong attendance and reliability are critical

Work Environment & Schedule

• Onsite for at least the first 90 days (training)
• Hybrid flexibility (2–3 days onsite) after ramp-up
• Flexible schedule:
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Business casual dress code (jeans permitted; no t-shirts)

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$28/hour
• Medical, dental, and vision (eligible after 30 days)
• PTO (prorated first year, increasing with tenure)
