We’re Hiring: Patient Account Specialist Senior (Onsite)

📍 Location: Fully ONSITE in Houston TX

🏥 Industry: Hospital / Medical Billing & Collections

✅ Must Have:

• Insurance Verification
• Medical Billing & Corrected Claims
• Epic & Meditech experience
• Hospital (Inpatient & Outpatient) background

📝 Role Overview:

• Handle medical collections and account resolution
• Follow up on AR and resolve patient balances
• Communicate with patients, clients, and reimbursement vendors
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and client guidelines
• Maintain high patient & client satisfaction

💼 Responsibilities:

• Manage active AR & BD inventory
• Perform collection activities as per business objectives
• Understand end-to-end hospital collection workflows
