Requirements for a CNC Programmer and Operator

• Ability to operate and program CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret shop prints.
• Excellent attendance record and on-time arrival is essential.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in moving heavy loads with Overhead Crane and Forklift preferred.
• Foundry Experience is a PLUS.

Job Duties of a CNC Programmer and Operator

• Set up, program, adjust, and operate various CNC machinery.
• Follow measurements and shop prints to adjust machinery accordingly.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Load finished steel products onto tractor trailer trucks for delivery to clients.
• Assist other departments as neeeded.
• Gain new skills and take onexpanded responsibilities .
