CNC Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Northside)

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift

Job Type: Contract‑to‑Hire (90 days)

Environment: Manufacturing (non‑climate‑controlled)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our metal fabrication team on 3rd shift. This is a hands‑on position responsible for operating CNC press brake equipment to bend, form, and shape metal components in accordance with production specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Accurately measure parts using tape measures and precision tools
• Set up machines, select proper tooling, and perform tooling changes
• Input and adjust machine settings using CNC controls and computers
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production guidelines

• Required: Prior CNC Brake Press operation experience
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to read blueprints and production drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort performing tooling changes
• Proficiency using computers for machine setup and quality checks
• Experience with metal fabrication machinery preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Jacksonville,FL.
