CMC Supply chain manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Supply Chain / CMC Project Manager to support global clinical programs. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between Clinical, Manufacturing, and Leadership teams, ensuring seamless translation of clinical demand into supply execution for ongoing and upcoming trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the work group to senior leadership and cross-functional CMC teams by communicating project progress, risks, and milestones
• Translate clinical study demand into supply requirements and align with manufacturing capabilities
• Plan and oversee API manufacturing campaigns to ensure timely availability of clinical supplies
• Maintain and manage supply/demand planning tools and inventory strategies
• Coordinate inventory movement across depots, vendors, and manufacturing sites
• Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings, proactively addressing risks and challenges
• Support clinical supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Clinical Supply Chain, CMC, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of clinical trial supply planning and demand forecasting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API manufacturing and inventory planning
• Familiarity with supply chain planning systems/tools
• Prior experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment
