As a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA at Autonomous Behavior Solutions, your role would be:
Essential Functions:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.)
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems.
- Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement.
- Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans.
- Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices.
- Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 25-30 weekly billable hours in accordance with Autonomous Behavior Solutions policies.
Additional Functions:
- Actively communicates Autonomous Behavior Solutions’ outreach efforts to potential and current families.
- Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Participates in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial for program development.
- Adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Autonomous Behavior Solutions.
Required Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®.
- At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings.
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Hybrid work includes in-clinic, in-home, and remote consultation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without difficulty.
- Must be able to support clients displaying physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors
- Frequent interactions with families, educators, and allied professionals
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- 25-30 billable hours per week
- Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Clinic hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Hours vary based on caseload and client availability.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
