As a critical member of our Centralized Record Control Center, you will ensure the integrity and accessibility of vital medical history. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who values accuracy and understands the significant impact that organized health information has on patient outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Process legacy paper records within the onsite file room, ensuring all physical documentation is accounted for and properly retrieved.
  • Perform precise data entry of patient demographic information into the specialized Record Management database.
  • Conduct rigorous audits on data entry and manage the secure boxing and labeling of records.
  • Uphold the strictest standards of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive patient information at all times.


What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office and EPIC
  • Organizational skills with the ability to thrive in time-sensitive environments and meet daily output quotas.
