Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support a brokerage team across client service, transaction coordination, and marketing efforts.

This position is well suited for someone who works well in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and takes pride in producing polished, high-quality work. This individual will help keep transactions moving, support business development activity, and bring consistency to both marketing and operational processes.


Core Responsibilities

• Create, format, and edit presentations, tour books, property marketing materials, and other client-facing documents.

• Assist with proposal development and pitch materials.

• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and overall quality across marketing deliverables.

• Work closely with marketing and research teams to produce polished materials.

• Partner closely with brokers to help improve workflow and overall efficiency.

• Help manage priorities and deadlines across multiple assignments.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.

• Compile market data, including lease and sales comparables.

• Gather relevant market insights for presentations and client pitches.

• Assist with research that supports business development efforts and client strategy.

• Coordinate and support multiple real estate transactions from start to finish.

• Prepare and manage proposals, letters of intent, and other client deliverables.

• Assist brokers with timelines, deliverables, and client communication throughout the transaction process.


Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, capital markets, or a related industry.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

• Familiarity with CRM or database systems is preferred.
