A well-established wealth management and investment advisory firm is seeking a Registered Client Associate to join its growing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting financial advisors, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational and administrative activities. Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Advisor Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and assist with meeting preparation.
- Process account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ACH transactions, wire requests, and rollovers.
- Assist with new account openings, account maintenance, beneficiary updates, and client onboarding activities.
- Support advisory account servicing and ongoing client relationship management efforts.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Conduct portfolio and account research as needed to support advisors and client service initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and improve overall service delivery.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, technology, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Assist with advisor transitions and other strategic business initiatives as needed.
Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate client records, CRM documentation, and account files.
- Manage electronic documentation and signature workflows.
- Support branch and advisor administrative functions.
- Assist with reporting, workflow management, and operational projects.
- Ensure adherence to firm policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience within wealth management, financial services, brokerage, banking, or investment management.
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses, or the ability to obtain within the first several months of employment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience supporting financial advisors, wealth managers, or investment professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial planning software, and advisory operations workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 – $95,000
