Client Services Associate

Client Service Associate needed for a long term contract role at highly regarded Boston Investment firm. In this role, you will act as a point of contact for institutional clients and consultants. Responsibilities include;

• Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all clients’ reporting and servicing needs are delivered in accordance with their requirements
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, compliance, marketing, portfolio management) to ensure accurate and timely resolution to inquiries
• Maintain CRM system with client data

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and at least three plus years working with institutional clients in a financial services firm. Must also have exceptional communications skills, and be highly resourceful. This is an outstanding opportunity to get your foot in the door. Hybrid work schedule and hourly rate from $42-48 per hour!
