Title: Senior Client Service Specialist

Shifts:

Friday - Sunday Weekend Day Shift 5:30am-6:00 PM

Location: West Jefferson, OH

This role supports client operations inside a large 24 hour logistics warehouse.

You handle shipment issues, walk the floor, and work with vendors and internal teams.

The environment is fast paced and high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Validate inbound shipments for quality and quantity
• Resolve shipment issues with suppliers and vendors
• Track issues using Excel and a Transportation Management System
• Support shift based warehouse operations
• Communicate updates to leadership and clients

Work split

• 60% desk work
• 40% warehouse floor

Requirements

• 3PL or supply chain operations experience
• Client facing or customer service experience
• Comfortable in high stress environments
• Willing to work shifts

Compensation:
