Overview

What We're Actually Searching for -This is not a generalist coordinator hire. The client needs someone with hands-on operational and logistics experience who can plug directly into supporting the sales team on turnaround operations, hotel and ground services, and the RFP/contracting process. The right candidate understands the mechanics of travel operations — not just the surface level.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting shoreside operations related to the passenger airport, hotel, and pier experience. This role focuses on assisting with turnaround operations, hotel and ground service programs, and partner coordination, while supporting internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operational execution.

Education:

• BS/BA or equivalent professional experience in travel industry
• Multilingual preferred

Must-Haves

• 2+ years in travel operations, logistics, hotel/ground services, or hospitality management
• Experience with or strong understanding of the RFP process — contracts and negotiations matter here
• Local to the Aventura/South Florida area — commute is a real concern for the client
• Operationally minded — this person needs to support a sales team, not just do admin work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle real-time issues and special requests

• Cruise, luxury travel, or DMC/tour operator background
• Multilingual
• Familiarity with reservation or operational systems
• Experience working with external vendor and partner relationships
