General Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to assist with various industry-specific tasks in a fast-paced environment to help ensure day-to-day client interactions run efficiently—while always putting clients first.


This role supports the Advisors with a wide range of responsibilities and plays a critical role in delivering high-quality client experience.


Salary Range

$55,000 - $60,000


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks, issues, and ongoing projects
  • Operate with a proactive approach when working with advisors and clients
  • Complete and process internal and external servicing requests
  • Accurately document all client and advisor interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure timely upload and secure storage of all client documents in accordance with firm policies
  • Promptly respond to client inquiries and issues
  • Generate and provide various reports to Advisors
  • Assist in the development of executive summaries
  • Follow up as necessary with vendor companies and clients
  • Support Advisors with appointment preparation by gathering account information, preparing client review summaries, and generating client reports


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • TN Life and Health License or must pass course at company's expense within 90 day
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Demonstrated persistence to achieve high-quality results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed with strong initiative
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Prior experience working in the financial industry
  • Resourceful in problem resolution
  • Exceptional phone skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Proactive approach when dealing with advisors and clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience processing confidential paperwork
  • Prior client interaction in an office environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Insurance licensing strongly preferred

Schedule & Work Hours

  • Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
