Role Summary
The Client Service Representative (CSR) will join The Joseph Group (TJG) on the ground floor to build a solid foundation and continue to grow in this role with an Advisor career path in mind; the timing of which is dependent upon readiness of both the CSR and the firm. The CSR will become familiar with and primarily execute client service duties and secondarily be involved with financial planning-related projects which include, but are not limited to, those listed below. A successful candidate will live and exemplify TJG’s core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Humility, Excellence, and Enthusiasm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Service
Serve as a member of the Service Excellence Team (SET).
Build and maintain strong working relationships with all members of the team.
Provide High Touch Service for clients.
Utilize the Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Advisor Reporting applications to manage, document, and research service requests.
Process daily and as-needed service requests.
Seek to make The Joseph Group systems and processes better and scalable.
Spearhead technology initiatives within TJG.
Follow compliance procedures and document, as applicable.
Financial Planning
Gain technical knowledge in line with the components of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation (i.e., General Planning, Retirement, Investments, Taxes, Insurance, Estate)
