The Opportunity
This individual will play a key role in managing and strengthening high-level relationships across industries, ensuring consistent engagement, strategic alignment, and exceptional execution across all interactions and events. Responsibilities
• Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive database of key business connections and industry relationships
• Leverage insights on existing relationships to support strategic decision-making
• Schedule and lead regular review sessions with senior leadership to assess relationship status and next steps
• Proactively manage and nurture relationships with industry leaders, partners, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and attend high-profile events, conferences, and networking functions
• Identify strategic opportunities for leadership visibility and participation at key industry events
• Plan and execute exclusive company-hosted events with a focus on seamless delivery and elevated guest experience
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and post-event summaries for senior leadership
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in public relations, client relationship management, or executive-level support within high-profile environments (e.g., investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or wealth management)
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning
• Highly polished, professional demeanor with the ability to engage confidently across all levels, including senior executives, public figures, and stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and pivot quickly while maintaining a proactive and resourceful mindset
