Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to drive the next phase of growth in our Wealth Management portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within Wealth Management and/or Capital Markets industry with a proven track record in expanding strategic accounts. This role will focus on expanding relationships, opening new business units, winning large strategic deals, and positioning Incedo as a long-term transformation partner across digital, data, and AI-led modernization initiatives


Key Responsibilities:

Account Growth & New Business Development

  • Drive substantial growth and scale account toward $30M+
  • Open and expand relationships in new business units; generate qualified leads.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from opportunity identification to closure.

Strategic Positioning & Stakeholder Management

  • Position Incedo as a strategic partner across business, technology, and procurement.
  • Strengthening executive and procurement relationships to accelerate contracting and

onboarding.

  • Shape executive-level narratives to align Incedo offerings with business priorities.

Deal Shaping & Value Expansion

  • Identify, pursue, and win large, multi-year digital / data / AI engagements.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell to broaden footprint within the account
  • Partner with delivery and solutions teams to develop compelling propositions.

Governance & Forecasting

  • Maintain rigorous pipeline development and forecasting discipline.
  • Track execution, revenue performance, and account health metrics


Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience selling into Wealth Management or Capital Markets industry.
  • Industry domain depth and proven experience in selling digital, data, and AI-led transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and scale strategic accounts.
  • Proven success in structuring and closing large, multi-year deals..
  • Deep familiarity with procurement and contracting cycles.
  • Strong executive presence and communication / storytelling ability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales / account growth within BFSI.
  • Experience growing strategic accounts and securing large transformation deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
  • Wealth Management sector experience highly preferred
